Job Context:
∎ A reputed Group of Companies of the country is looking for potential candidate as Manager ( Marketing & Sales) for its Carton & Polybag Production unit located at Savar, Dhaka.
∎ Job Location for the position is at Uttara & Savar, Dhaka with frequent client site visit.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the overall Sales & Marketing related activities of the factory. He will be solely responsible for selling of all the produced carton & polybags of the factory effectively & efficiently by means of extensive marketing activities.
∎ The candidate should have thorough product knowledge and should be able to develop innovative and result oriented marketing strategies to sell the produced carton & polybags profitably. He will also ensure timely receiving of payments from the clients.
∎ Candidates who have hands on experience to manage the overall marketing activities of Carton & Polybag factory are highly encouraged to apply.

∎ Candidates having minimum 05 years of experience in marketing of Carton, Polybag & Accessories in any reputed Carton & Accessories factory are encouraged to apply.
∎ Should have thorough knowledge on carton, polybag & accessories marketing & sales
∎ Should have excellent leadership, communication & negotiation skills
∎ Should be self-motivated, hardworking and result/target oriented
