Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing marketing plan as the yearly business plan for Miniso & noir and activities within the marketing department. Constant communication with director's, stakeholders, franchisees and relevant parties.
∎ Streamline and connect the agency with Miniso & noir as a middle person for marketing, branding and various campaign purposes.
∎ Work closely with the agency for marketing strategies, designs and communications in regards to brand establishment of Miniso & noir.
∎ Prepare, analyse & submit Strategic Marketing Plan (SMP) to Director for any particular Store as per Supervisor's direction weekly/ fortnightly/ monthly for Miniso & noir. Maintain work with agency and internal directors.
∎ He/she will ensure category wise marketing & activation plan with necessary budgets and analysis for Miniso & noir. Execute the plan with necessary management approval and finish the campaign within timeline with proper follow up and update.
∎ Successfully handle sponsorship program for any special event
∎ Manage external parties during campaigns, like Models, Print Vendors, Franchisees, Newspaper Companies and Video Agencies.
∎ He/she must submit Footfall Comparison report in accordance to various promotions such as SMS marketing, banner, leaflet, brochure etc.
∎ He/she will ensure customer data collection for identifying customer needs, buying trends, queries and compliant management. Prepare report on perceived data as per segment and also prepare a compiled report monthly for management.
∎ He/she will ensure new container enters in the warehouse, take the query management lead for new product knowledge.
∎ Agency handling for all sorts of digital marketing for social media site, content management and others as per director sir's guideline and timeline.
∎ Regular social media activity, monthly calendar submission & ensure execution as per approved calendar plan.
∎ Supervise subordinates all given task, help him/her to perform up to the mark, counsel and give necessary guidance. Make sure all given tasks are completed on time and accurately. Update management and monitor entire performance properly. All subordinates are to communicate officially and maintain official records regarding communication.
∎ Design & place necessary sticker, posters, visuals, POP & other materials inside the store maintaining Miniso standard within given timeline.
∎ Monitor and work closely with the agency during video commercial shoots

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be able to work under pressure, smooth negotiation ability with internal and external customer. Multi-function skill is pre-requisite criteria for this position.
∎ Good computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook etc.) applications. Must be proficient in using graphics design software.
∎ Must have good communication skills in Bengali & English.
