Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for young and dynamic professionals who have experience in sales and marketing in the Real Estate industry and the ability to take challenges in the ever-changing market with innovative ideas and capacity.
- Prepare customer visit plan to generate the sales lead and implement things accordingly.
- Communicate & establish relationship with the prospective clients.
- Generate sales lead, set target clients and maintain a good relationship with the existing clients.
- Follow up clients through phone calls and personal visits on a regular basis.
- Arrange meeting and project visit for the clients.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales report.
- Responsible to meet the sales target with proper planning.
- Maintain and update customer database.
- Execute the marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback.
- Monitor competitors' activity.
- Close the deal through proper documentation.
