Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in Agricultural Science or Master in Biological Science from a reputed University with a preference of Master of Business Administration (MBA) in marketing discipline from a reputed Institution.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prime Responsibility :
∎ He has to make and lead a well motivated Marketing Team to meet revenue objectives of the company.
∎ Key Areas of Responsibility:
∎ To maximize market share, revenue and profitability in the company's selected markets.
∎ To formulate marketing strategies and actions plan in line with the company's direction to expand its business in the designated division/region/area/territory.
∎ To lead, guide and well motivated Sales and Marketing Team in their daily execution of Marketing/sales tasks & activities towards achieving the team's monthly, quarterly and yearly KPM targets.
∎ To get to know and participate in local exhibitions & Marketing/sales events which will increase brand awareness, contact expansion and idea generation.
∎ To conduct product and marketing training of new Marketing Force joining the team.
∎ To formulate own strategies to outwit other market players.
∎ The incumbent shall be responsible for Sales & Marketing and promoting the products of the company and also In-Charge of the Sales and Marketing / Pilot Project & take all possible actions to enhance whole sales /retail sales of products in different parts of the country specially Agro Products.
∎ He has to have futuristic vision, acumen to formulate product strategy, plan, organize & control promotion program to boost-up retail sales for the company.
∎ He has to analyze consumer trend, to collect information on the growing needs, to identify consumer and product category, as the future source of growth.
∎ The incumbent's has to have knowledge and communication skills to brand the company products as one of the Market Leader in the field of Agro Products in Bangladesh.
∎ He has to do the necessary market analysis, reporting and documentation and take actions to carryout it by marketing team to enhance sales & monitor day to day activities of Division/Region/Area Offices /Sales Centers of the Company.
∎ He has to assist in budgeting and developing business and make an effective communication plan.
∎ He has to communicate to different vendors for various marketing activities, providing assistance in organizing technical seminars/workshop.
∎ He has to promote the products, thus increasing sale of Agro Products to a greater height.
∎ Knowledge of marketing Pesticides markets will be considered as an added advantage.
∎ Any other duties and projects assigned from time to time to achieve the corporate objectives.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Conduct group discussion country-wide with farmers, retailers or distributors aimed to educate and attract them on company's product portfolio.
∎ Ensure smart use of promotional materials in target customers segment by marketing team members of the company.
∎ Prepare training modules and execute systematically to enhance the skill of company officials in the area of sales and marketing.
∎ Brand Planning / Development, Business Development and Market Research.
∎ The candidate having exposure in Crop Protection Products/Pesticides will have preference.
∎ Should be self motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure. Command competent verbal and written English & Bengali communication skills. Adept at using MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other relevant software.
∎ Should be prepared to travel across the country as and when required.
∎ Have an attitude that inspires, achieves and aspires.

Salary: Negotiable
