∎ Masters /MBA/ BA or equivalent degree from reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies
∎ Monitor nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
∎ Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
∎ Negotiate and close agreements with distributor.
∎ Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
∎ Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs
∎ Strong internal and external communication skills including verbal, written, presentation, and active listening.
∎ Excellent knowledge of databases and MS Office
∎ Collect, analyze, and report market statistics to help understand current market conditions, changes, threats, and opportunities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven work experience as a MRD manager/ Sales manager
∎ Experience monitoring a high performance sales team
∎ An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
∎ Strong communication and team management skills
∎ Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
∎ Availability to travel as needed
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience as a MRD manager/ Sales manager.
