∎ Experience in automation, PLC systems, generators, substations, and industrial control systems is highly preferred.
∎ At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role in electrical maintenance.
∎ Ability to perform effectively under pressure in dynamic and high-demand environments like poultry farms, hatcheries, and feed mills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, organize, and supervise routine and preventive maintenance of electrical systems, machinery, and utilities.
∎ Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
∎ Lead a team of electricians and technicians, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
∎ Manage spare parts inventory, procurement, and cost control.
∎ Liaise with vendors and contractors for major repair and installation projects.
∎ Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and documentation.
