Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provision of commercial legal advice across all aspects of the business and develop and maintain good relationships with organizations and clients to ensure service levels remain high;
∎ Vet and furnish opinions on various Contracts, Agreements, and Memorandum of Understanding entered into between the company and third parties;
∎ Review and development of policy documents, Service Level Agreements, IT consultancy agreements, proposals, agreements relating to executive search, etc. and deal with various documents, legal and non-legal related to the company;
∎ Manage outside counsel on a range of legal matters, including litigation, regulatory compliance, and corporate transactions;
∎ Evaluate and assess relevant laws, rules, regulations, and policies and provide observations and recommendations to the company;
∎ Render legal opinion on issues having impacts on legal, regulatory, and business issues and compliance of the Company including but not limited to matters relating to the Insurance Act, Civil Act, Contract Act, Digital Securities Act, Penal Code & Criminal Act, Tax Law, and also Labor Act;
∎ Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations if required, provide training to employees on legal issues relevant to their job functions.

∎ Position Summary:
∎ Provide legal advice to the senior management on a broad range of legal matters including furnishing legal opinion/advice on various matters of the company, relating to its operation. Support the business with legal communications to clients and other organizations in support of compliance and customer relations. Ensure compliance with relevant and up-to-date laws, rules, and regulations, and actively advising on effective risk management for the company to make informed strategic choices.
