Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the team
∎ Searching of suitable Land for joint venture and analysis Project feasibility to know suitability
∎ Preparing of draft Deed of Agreement & Power of Agreement and land & apartment related deeds. Ensure registration of Power of Attorney and Deed of Agreement, mutation works and sales permission
∎ Any other activities when as required by the management
∎ Lead the team
∎ Searching of suitable Land for joint venture and analysis Project feasibility to know suitability
