∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for import & export Marketing & Business Development of the company
∎ Develop a Business plan for setting up the target on a monthly, quarterly and annually basis.
∎ Meet the objectives and targets of the Marketing Department.
∎ Must have a number of the Brand buyer.
∎ Analyze pre-costing & post costing and evaluate the financial result of the product to be marketed.
∎ To follow up with planning/production.
∎ Evaluate business growth towards maintaining and achieving the target.
∎ Establish and maintain a strong, strategic partnership with vendors and suppliers.
∎ Work closely with the Top Management to develop and deliver strategic plans and goals and identify risk, mitigating factors and potential opportunities for the future.
∎ Collaborate with top management to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and resources.
∎ Remain up-to-date about all the technologies and techniques, trends, competitors and all aspects of the group target.
∎ Ensure periodic reporting to the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years in Crockeries (Fry Pan, Rice cooker and etc.) and Bags (Travel Trolley Bag, School Bag and etc.)
∎ Experience in Utensils Industry & Bag and baggage industry shall be the top priority.
∎ Superior interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and take challenges.
∎ Typing in Bangla would be an added benefit.
Salary: Negotiable
