∎ BBA/MBA/Engineering degree holders will get preference.
∎ Educational Qualifications may be relaxed /considered for the highly experienced person.
∎ Skills Required: Sales & Marketing

∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): lubricant sale, Lubricants Indusry, Vehicles Lubricant Oil
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Fuel/Petroleum

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share for our range of Lubricants in the assigned territory and area.
∎ Create new dealers and make new areas of market.
∎ Identify potential customers, build and maintain strong relationships with them, and explore opportunities for business growth.
∎ Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
∎ Provide technical product knowledge and advice to customers, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
∎ Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective customers, showcasing the benefits and features of our Lubricants.
∎ Negotiate and close sales deals as per company policy and ensure that sales collection is done as well maintaining company policy.
∎ Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
∎ Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate regular reports to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Stay updated with industry developments, product knowledge, and market trends related to Lubricants.
∎ Always ensure company reputation and integrity in the market and with stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, and or a related field.
∎ Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the automotive industry, preferably in Lubricant sales for more than 2 years.
∎ Strong knowledge of Lubricants, lubricants, and their applications in various vehicles.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
∎ Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
∎ Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
∎ Proficient in using MS Office applications and ERP software.
∎ Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.

Salary: Negotiable
