∎ Master of Pharmacy/ Bachelor of Pharmacy from reputed university. The candidate having MBA in Marketing will get preference, .

International Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Pharmaceuticals
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build the brand and grow share in key international markets.
∎ Identifying key opportunities for business for the development of products and New Market.
∎ Develop annual marketing budget and participate in annual planning process.
∎ Analyze market and category trends and recommend actions to achieve annual sales and profit objectives.
∎ Be the liaison between Bangladesh and International marketing and ensure the integration of BD marketing material and plans for international markets as appropriate.
∎ Take ownership of business in aggressive and fast growing market.
∎ Developing product concept, launch strategy, execution plan, determining ROI, Pricing, as well as managing market survey.
∎ Lead product launches and portfolio management.
∎ Communicate effectively with related departments within the organization and ensure understanding and alignment to marketing plans.
∎ Coordinate regulatory affairs and other related issues with government agencies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 8-10 years experience in a reputed pharmaceutical company
∎ Strong research and analytical skills.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ In-depth understanding of the company's current products and future concepts.
∎ Budget-management skills and proficiency.
∎ Must be pro-active, self motivated.
∎ Very good leadership quality.
∎ Good knowledge on Computer literacy.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
