Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/M. Com from public universities/reputed private universities. CA (Certificate Level/Fully completed) or CMA (Inter/Fully completed) will be preferrable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Effective and efficient functions of internal audit activities in both Head Office, Clinics, Project Office, and Partner organizations.
∎ Prepare annual internal audit plan for the organization and ensure the proper implementation of internal audit plan accordingly.
∎ Participate in formulating policies, strategies, audit techniques and audit programs in compliance with standards and requirements of internal audit.
∎ Detect and suggest area of improvement in organization processes, systems, procedure, and practices.
∎ Examine MSB internal control systems and shared the findings with respective departmental manager /Head and relevant personnel to improve the overall control and internal process and take tentative action plan.
∎ Perform internal audit functions of assigned clinic such as verification of clinic income, petty cash, its control systems, adherence to procurement processes & financial protocol., medicine stocks & it's reconciliation with SMS (Stock Management System), authentication of non-expendable property (NXP), fixed asset management and its control processes etc.
∎ Conduct enquiries/investigations on specific matters as instructed and prepare reports on investigations as required.
∎ Share all initial findings with Senior Management Team and Country Director.
∎ Prepare and disseminate the audit report to Finance & Audit Committee of the Board.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8 years of experience with 3 years of Internal Audit experience in managerial or supervisory role.
∎ Experience in healthcare sector will be given preference.
∎ An effective communicator (written and verbal), confident in communicating with senior leadership & report writing, excellent data analysis and computer proficiency
