Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc / M.Sc in IPE (Industrial Production Engineering) from reputed university
∎ B.Sc./ M.Sc in IEP (Industrial Engineering Programme) from reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Floor/ Line Management, Planning, Production Management (Sewing), Work Study
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure day to day IE functions to be happened and followed by the factory teams, which include-
∎ Capacity Study, Motion Study and Time Study.
∎ Prepare daily Operation Bulletin (Woven) and line layout.
∎ SMV calculation.
∎ Preparing Line Balancing, Thread Consumption.
∎ Prepare, plan and set the production target.
∎ Able to find out the difficulties / bottle neck to catch up the set production target.
∎ Find out the way to improve productivity and quality product.
∎ Able to do work-place engineering.
∎ Fixing & monitoring line score sheets by hourly output basis;
∎ Analyze individual operator's skill level;
∎ Following operator's performance;
∎ Line feeding with sewing technician and Line Supervisors (COT);
∎ Monitoring Production Incentive report etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer skill must - MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet Browsing.
∎ Communication skill both English and Bengali must be good.
∎ Knowledge on LEAN will be added advantage.
∎ Should have vast IE knowledge and Experience
∎ The candidate must have vast experience in the field of industrial engineering and planning for a knit garments factory.
∎ Should have strong Leadership capacity, personality and communication skill.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
