Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ MBA in HRM from any reputed university. PGDHRM will get extra privilege.
∎ Attended workshops on recent compliance issues also preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Development Training, Factory Administration, HR Compliance, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, process management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execution of company's administrative plans, policies and decisions of the Management.
∎ Ensure HR issues - plan, development, recruitment, training, maintenance and lead a team which also includes policies & procedures, disciplinary action etc.
∎ Performance management, rewards & recognition, promotion and increment, Training & Development.
∎ Handling all types of Social/ Environment/ Technical/ Fire & Safety/ Chemical Safety/ Building & Electrical Safety/ BSCI/ SEDEX/ WRAP/ C-TPAT/ ISO (QMS/ EMS/ OHSAS) and others certifications Audit.
∎ Follow-up/ Handling factory compliance and sustainable compliance issue.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 and latest rules.
∎ He should be committed more on audit/buyer visit/inspection/coordination with auditing firm/ liaison with brand on compliance issues, good knowledge on execution of compliance matter for effective supervisions and sending report/CAPs.
∎ Ensure maintenance of HRIS & CSR initiatives as required & practice;
∎ Any other task will be assigned by the superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience in HR, Administration & Compliance with large garments washing & woven industry;
∎ Sound knowledge in electrical audit, fire safety audit & building safety audit, BNBC, NFPA & others audit;
∎ Should have good English communication skill & computer Literacy;
∎ Energetic, confident and self driven;
∎ The applicants should have workable knowledge about local administration, law enforcing agencies and related government offices.
