Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM
∎ MBA in Human Resource Management from a reputed public /private university.
∎ Minimum CGPA 3.0 (out of 4.0) from a reputed public/private university.
∎ PGD in Personnel Management will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
General Administration, Human Resource Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing HR policy and procedure of BAC International.
∎ Update and implement HR policy and procedure of BAC International regularly.
∎ Responsible for recruiting and selecting staff for the office.
∎ Preparing Job description.
∎ Evaluating and managing performance appraisal of the employees.
∎ Organize orientation and training of new staff members.
∎ Establish and monitor procedures for employees' record keeping.
∎ Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of employees' data.
∎ Maintain employees' daily attendance and prepare monthly attendance.
∎ Keeping record of employees' personal files.
∎ Maintain payroll for employees.
∎ Design and execute training & development for new and old staffs.
∎ Developing and updating management structure, compensation and benefits structures.
∎ Preparing different reports on staff hiring, training, salary review, promotion, increment etc.
∎ Developing and implementing office policies and procedures.
∎ Organize and schedule meetings and appointments for Senior Management.
∎ Manage relationships with vendors, service providers for supply and purchasing office equipment.
∎ Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
∎ Maintain a safe and secure working environment.
∎ Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the Sr. management.
∎ Preparing regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
∎ Arrange travel and accommodations for foreign visitors.
∎ Preparing Schedule in-house and external events.
∎ Maintain liaison with different government authorities for updating official documents.
∎ Ensuring all utilities services.
∎ Ensure office security and access control.
∎ Provide general support to visitors.
∎ Prepare visit plan & schedule for partner university delegates.
∎ Organize BAC International's promotional events.
∎ Prepare meeting agendas and making appointments etc. for the upper management.
∎ Preparing regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
∎ Arrange meeting for Sr. Management with partner universities Project Manager and prepare meeting minutes.
∎ Maintain and update BAC International website
∎ Communicating with partner universities.
