Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Taking full responsibility of factory Admin, HR & Compliance.
∎ Execution of company's administrative plans, policies and decisions of the Management.
∎ Ensure HR issues - plan, development, recruitment, training, maintenance and lead a team which also includes policies & procedures, disciplinary action etc.
∎ Performance management, rewards & recognition, promotion and increment, Training & Development.
∎ Handling all types of Social/ Environment/ Technical/ Fire & Safety/ Chemical Safety/ Building & Electrical Safety/HIGG/ BSCI/ SEDEX/ WRAP and others certifications Audit.
∎ Follow-up/ Handling factory compliance and sustainable compliance issue.
∎ Monitor all compliance related maintenance in the production floor and other departments.
∎ Maintain & follow up licenses and certificates along with necessary legal document.
∎ Organize administrative activities and work methods to increase productivity
∎ Supervise the daily operation and maintenance of proper housekeeping
∎ Ensure Vehicle Management, Surveillance and Security.
∎ Ensuring the practice of Labor Laws in the organization.
∎ Develop strong relationships with top Management and effective communication between Company & employees
∎ Follow up Disciplinary action & conduct departmental enquiry & grievance.
∎ Educate and train factory security team & housekeeping team on compliance standards and requirements
∎ Raise/make requisition for HR, admin & Compliance audit purpose and follow it up
∎ Follow-up a sound Performance Management System for all workers, staffs and management personnel in the factory.
∎ To handling grievance, identify the problems & help to solve them.
∎ Any other duty imposed upon by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Knowledge in all facets of HR functions.
∎ Well conversant with labor laws, Rules & amendments.
∎ Self-driven and assertive individual with business acumen.
∎ Interpersonal, initiative, analytical thinker, decision-maker with leadership abilities.
∎ Must be a team player.
∎ Able to multi-task and take pressure.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English & Bangla.

Salary: Negotiable
