∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Catering, Hospitality Management, Hote and Resort, HOTEL AND RESTAURANT
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Catering, Convention center, Hotel, Resort

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities for this position may include but not limited to:
∎ Supervise the overall functions of the hotel & resort.
∎ Manage the hotel & resort to meet or exceed standards in food quality, safety and cleanliness.
∎ Deliver superior guest services and maximizing customer satisfaction.
∎ Builds and strengthens relationships with new guests to enable future booking.
∎ Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
∎ Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service and ensuring all staff engages guests to understand their needs and exceed expectations.
∎ Handling customer inquiries and complaints.
∎ Control operational costs & identify measures to cut waste.
∎ Solicit guest feedback to understand the needs and wants of customers.
∎ Manage staffing levels through weekly schedule preparation.
∎ Provide direction to shift leaders and staff to achieve hotel & resort goals.
∎ Develop the business sales and marketing strategy.
∎ Conduct staff and daily pre-shift meetings.
∎ Manage hotel & resort's good image and suggest ways to improve it.
∎ Report to the management regularly.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Willing to work in extended hours and work on holidays.
∎ Must be able to communicate and understand in English and Bengali.
∎ Sound knowledge of food specially Indian, Chinese, Thai, Continental food.

Salary: Negotiable
