Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters preferably in Social Science/ Sociology/ Development studies/ Public health from any recognised educational institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contribute in developing health care and community mobilisation related strategy to increase programme efficiency.
∎ Prepare annual, quarterly and monthly plans for effective execution of health care and community mobilisation related programme activities.
∎ Responsible for regular monitoring, supervising and tracking progress of health care and community mobilisation, identify challenges related to specific community integration through regular field visit, report analysis, and special assignment in order to assist management in decision making.
∎ Explore cost effective innovative techniques and ideas in programme for sustainable achievement of desired community integration of the programme participants.
∎ Capacity development of staff and participants in health care and community mobilisation through providing regular and need based technical guideline, technical training (need analysis, training module, materials & guideline development), mentoring and knowledge sharing.
∎ Establishing coordination and collaboration with relevant stakeholders for support and service integration for the participants in terms of health care and community mobilisation components.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years working experience preferably in community integration/ health promotion/ social behavioral change communication in any development organisation. Experience of working in the rural context of Bangladesh is preferred.
∎ In-depth knowledge on community integration, poverty dynamics, community health promotion and behavioral change communication.
∎ Aware of Government health care services in the community level.
