Responsibilities & Context:
- Manage hajj & umrah visa processing
- Manage Airlines ticket (knowledge on hajj & umrah ticketing)
- Manage group ticket (Umrah group ticketing)
- Manage Hajj & Umrah Reporting ( knowledge on computer office management like word, excel, photoshop, illustrator design etc.)
- Lead and manage a team of employees to achieve departmental objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues.
