Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree in Social Science, preferably in Women/Gender Studies/Sociology or Psychology.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 years' experience of addressing gender inequality and inclusion (e.g. disability inclusion)
∎ Substantial gender equality and inclusion mainstreaming experience
∎ Proven record of enabling/facilitating change through inspiring and mobilising others;
∎ Experience conducting assessments - including gender analysis - and revising monitoring and evaluation tools to capture gender, SGBV, and inclusion considerations for different sectors;
∎ Ability to provide technical advice and conduct capacity building in both development and humanitarian context
∎ Fluent in written and spoken in English language
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, e.g. Power Point, Word and using of internet/email
