Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all F&B and day-to-day Kitchen program operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
∎ Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
∎ Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
∎ Identify customers' needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
∎ Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
∎ Establish targets, KPI's, schedules, policies and procedures
∎ Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
∎ Comply with all health and safety regulations
∎ Report on management regarding sales results and productivity

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 year(s) experience as a Barista in 3-5 star local and international brands hotels & Restaurants.
∎ Foreign experience people are get preference.
∎ Previous work experience as a Barista.
∎ Hands-on experience with brewing equipment.
∎ Knowledge of sanitation regulations.
∎ Flexibility to work various shifts.
∎ Ability to gauge customers' preferences.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
∎ Capable of delegating multiple tasks.
