• Strong interpersonal skills and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Bangla and English
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Integrity, ethical conduct, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of financial management and compliance.

• Conducting thorough financial analysis to support business decisions, including but not limited to revenue analysis, cost analysis, profitability analysis, and financial forecasting. 

• Assisting in the development of annual budgets and forecasts, monitoring performance against budgetary targets, and providing variance analysis. 

• Gathering, interpreting, and analyzing financial data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making. 

• Developing and maintaining financial models to assess the financial impact of different scenarios, investments, or strategic initiatives. 

• Preparing and presenting financial reports and dashboards to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), financial metrics, and actionable insights. 

• Identifying financial risks and opportunities, evaluating their potential impact on the business, and recommending risk mitigation strategies. 

• Contributing to the development of business plans, strategic initiatives, and investment proposals by providing financial analysis and insights. 

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis and insights that support decision-making processes, such as pricing strategies, product development, and market expansion.

•  Conducting ad hoc analysis and research projects as requested by senior management to address specific business questions or challenges.
