Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree in Finance or relevant discipline from reputed local or foreign institution, preferably with CA Application level qualified.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ S/he will be responsible for overall financial management, day to day finance operation, payment system development following the organization financial policies & procedures.
∎ Planning budget, forecasting expenditures and fund management with partners
∎ Responsible for ensuring operation is fully complied with NGO Affairs Bureau and donors' grants audit requirements and relevant TAX, VAT laws are duly implemented.
∎ S/he will coordinate audit and fund clearance requirements, ensure audit and submission of audit report, develop policy guideline in relation to finance management and its compliance.
∎ Also contribute in admin operation in relation with finance management
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual reports including financial statements for internal and external purposes
∎ Supervise accountants and other finance team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years of working experience in Financial Management, particularly in development filed with donor fund management
∎ Strong understanding about rules and regulations of NGO Affairs Bureau, TAX and VAT issues and all of its compliance
∎ Proven knowledge & experiences on Financial Management, budgeting and operations.
∎ Excellent communication skills both in English & Bangla, ability to manage a team.
∎ Solid finance planning, management and coordinating skills for responsive to donors and Government.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, Finance software and also in Excel.
∎ Age most preferably below 45 year(s)

Salary:
∎ Salary Range: Tk. 50,000.00-80,000.00 and negotiable
