∎ Candidates having Professional degree from ICAB (ACA/FCA) / ICMAB (ACMA / FCMA) will get added advantage
∎ Skills Required: Accounting,Budgetary Control,Budgeting,Decision making,Finance,Monitoring,MS Excel
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting, Accounting Software, Administration, Audit, Budgetary Control, Budgeting, cash management, Finance, Financial Reporting, MS Excel
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading the overall financial management including budgeting and forecasting, capital management, cash flow management, cost and profit analysis, assessing risk of investments etc. to achieve company's short and long-term financial goals,
∎ Assisting management to formulate and administer financial policy to ensure that financial discipline is maintained in the organization effectively and efficiently,
∎ Ensuring availability of funds for operations by monitoring the cash flow,
∎ Developing and implementing strategy to maintain smooth cash flow throughout the year,
∎ Providing guideline on Budget and Budgetary Control, Audit, Internal Control etc.,
∎ Managing annual external audits & liaise with external auditors during audit period.
∎ Ensuring comprehensive taxation and regulatory compliance,
∎ Proactively advising the Business Unit Leader on all financial, legal/regulatory and strategic decision-making,
∎ Implementing corporate initiatives, as and when required,
∎ Maintaining liaison with various Govt. offices, Banks, Insurance and other related office,
∎ Submitting various financial reports to the management,
∎ Taking part in the recruitment process of finance team,
∎ Performing any other tasks as per assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Advanced skills in written & communication in English
∎ Must have knowledge about Bangladesh Tax and Vat regulations
∎ Possess superior problem solving and analytical as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
∎ Capable to prepare financial report independently
∎ Must possess the attitude to be available to provide constant support in the required areas instructed by the management
∎ Should possess good interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Should have good leadership and negotiation skills.
∎ Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision-making.
∎ Highly motivated, with a curious mind and passion for excellence and innovation.
Salary: Negotiable
