Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Finance to lead our financial operations and contribute to the strategic financial planning of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial management, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to provide strategic guidance to the finance team. As the Manager of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health of the organization through effective budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Financial Planning and Analysis:
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
∎ Conduct regular financial analysis, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making.
∎ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
∎ Fund Raising:
∎ Finding potential investors from the various angel networks, groups, institutes, etc., and, getting funded profitably with the right strategy & complainant.
∎ Budget Management:
∎ Lead the budgeting process, working collaboratively with department heads to establish accurate and achievable budgets.
∎ Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
∎ Financial Reporting:
∎ Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
∎ Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
∎ Cash Flow Management:
∎ Manage cash flow effectively to meet operational needs and strategic initiatives.
∎ Implement strategies to optimize working capital and liquidity.
∎ Financial Compliance:
∎ Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
∎ Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and maintain a strong control environment.
∎ Strategic Financial Leadership:
∎ Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and recommendations for strategic planning and decision-making.
∎ Participate in the development and execution of financial strategies to support organizational growth.
∎ Team Collaborations:
∎ Maintaining the departmental team collaboration adequately.
∎ Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
