Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Master of Commerce (MCom)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual FS preparation and presentation
∎ Prepare and submission of TDS/AIT Return submission to the Tax authority
∎ Prepare and review the monthly source Tax and VAT challan and filing appropriately.
∎ Work on LC, Bank Guarantee, Performance Guarantee and other foreign trade related issues
∎ Maintain coordination and collaboration of Income Tax, Customs and VAT authority and ensure required compliance with regulatory standards
∎ Work on budgeting, costing and preparation of internal management report for making decision.
∎ Timely preparation of financial management report to the board of directors.
∎ Responding to requirements of Head Quarter, Korea- financial department promptly and maintain smooth communication with them.
∎ Monitoring routine and non-routine financial work of the team
∎ Coordination with other internal departments as well as external companies
∎ Analyze and Keep finance risks under control
∎ Manage annual external audits & liaise with external auditors during audit period, make sure audit report can be issued timely
∎ performing financial audit complying relevant IAS, ISA, IFRS.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Be familiar with local tax rules and accounting principles
∎ Adequate knowledge on VAT- 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4, 6.5, 6.6, 9.1, 9.2, 9.3 and 4.1, 4.2, 4.3
∎ Must have sound knowledge of Companies Act 1994
∎ Working experience in an international or manufacturing organization will add value
