Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA (Major in Accounting/ Finance) from any reputed university.
∎ CACC or Partly Qualified CA or ICMA will be preferred.
∎ Educational qualification can be relaxed for exceptionally experienced candidate
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the accounts & finance functions of the Company.
∎ Closely work with management regarding various financial issues by coordinating with company (F&A) team.
∎ Review and appraise the effectiveness and proper application of accounting and financial controls, compliance procedures and timeliness for documentation.
∎ Examine and evaluate financial information systems, developing controls to ensure system reliability and data integrity.
∎ Prepare & present monthly financial reports.
∎ Assess and evaluate the financial performance of organization with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts.
∎ Co-ordinate for international banking, international trade, loan management and project financing.
∎ Cash flow management and follow up of cash forecasting.
∎ Responsible for the enhancement of existing and renewal of corporate finances.
∎ Updating banking transactions on a regular basis with banks and intercompany accounts.
∎ Liaison with various parties like surveyors, legal teams, and other government office.
∎ Meet other departments queries through collecting information from the internal and external stakeholders if required.
∎ Perform any other duties as and when required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts/ Finance/ Tax / VAT /Customs/ Audit
∎ Strong knowledge of ERP systems, accounting software.
∎ Must be dynamic, energetic, self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
∎ Expertise in financial statement analysis, interpretation and reporting.
∎ Capable of professional discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Team leading experience will be considered as added advantage.
∎ Should have experience in cost management.
