Job Context:
∎ Report to: General Manager
∎ Position Summary: TMSS Apparels Limited is a leading Ready Made Garments Manufacturing Company that intends to recruit a responsible, experienced and proactive Manager, Finance & Accounts who will be responsible for the Finance & Accounts department. Establish and continuously improve accounting system with a comprehensive chart of account that satisfies the statutory and management information needs as per accounting jobs.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be capable of preparing accounts statement, finalization of accounts, payment received report, trial balance, balance sheet, employee income TAX, company routine TAX & VAT issues.
∎ Internal Audit and External fund management, Preparation and forecasting of cash flow and regular monitoring.
∎ Have to provide innovative tax planning and review income tax returns.
∎ To be responsible for organizing the cost and financial data for internal and external matters and must be capable of handling the entire accounts including banking functions independently.
∎ Oversee the jobs of a team of accounts people and ensure timely submission of financial reporting, final accounts and other reporting to the management.
∎ Implement proper reporting system for controlling and monitoring of all financial transactions.
∎ Control and report on total import, export and banking activities of the company
∎ Have sound knowledge to review all financial records, systems and control process of the company as per accounting standards.
∎ Monitoring commercial activities like LCs, Discounting, and other banking terminologies.
∎ Monitoring renewal activities of Trade License, TIN, ERC, IRC, Membership, BOND, Insurance etc.
∎ Have to Identify and mitigate tax risks.
∎ Should have Knowledge of local laws on Account, Finance & Tax procedure is essential.
∎ Required Vast Knowledge of Tax, VAT, Audit System, Company Law etc.
∎ Have to developed and implement the annual audit plan with available resources.
∎ Preparation of Corporate tax Accounts and filing return of Companies and Directors in timely manner
∎ Monitor monthly accounts and ensure necessary reconciliation thereof.
∎ Carry out any other task assigned from time to time by the Management.
∎ Must be able to work perfectly with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and any others as needed.
∎ To perform other duties as assigned by higher authority time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years of experience within the Clothing and Apparel/ Retail environment in a same role.
∎ Accounting experience with manufacturing industry is a must.
∎ Skills :
∎ Proficient in Microsoft word, Excel, MS-Office.
∎ In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies.
∎ Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles.
∎ An analytical mind with problem-solving skills.
∎ Able to work hard and in stressful situation.
∎ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
∎ Skills Required : Related Field.
∎ Prerequisite :
∎ Positive attitude and good communication skills.
∎ Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situation.
∎ Ability to work on your own part or as part of a team.
∎ Have a good eye for details.
∎ Good judgment & decision making skills.
∎ Strong client facing & teamwork skills.
∎ Must have good knowledge of computer.
