∎ Skills Required: Cost and budget, Cost Management, Financial controling, Financial Reporting, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Treasury Operation

∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting and Finance, Commercial and secretaial, Corporate Law, Cost & Management Accounting, Customes, Financial Analysis, Financial controling, Financial Reporting, Income Tax and VAT, IPO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for managing works of the Accounts & Finance department, manage the Team and Assist group Finance & Accounts Head in driving financial control by on-ground implementation of financial strategy, systems and procedures in the business units; assist Finance & Accounts Head in business analysis, as and when required.
∎ Provide inputs in tactical matters related to budget management, cost-benefit analysis, investment planning, risk assessment, monthly management accounts, budgeting, Forecasting, Management report, payroll management, ERP formulation and implement, intercompany reconciliation, etc. as and when required.
∎ Prepare and provide inputs in formulating annual budgeting process for the organization, assist in coordinating with group finance in line with the group budgets
∎ Rigorously conduct extensive variance analysis between actual versus budgeted figures and place it to the competent Management on identified improvements.
∎ Provide guidelines to the direct reports regarding Financial Reporting, Budget and Budgetary Control, Assisting Statutory or Special Audit, Corporate Tax and VAT Issues, ERP / Automation and Internal Control System.
∎ Manage loan proposal and arrange alternative financing options when required.
∎ Preparation of Financial statement monthly, half yearly and annually.
∎ Process vendor payments and check requests
∎ Monitor cash flows and effective and efficient inventory management on a regular basis and take necessary steps to ensure continuous availability; continuously review the status of all receivables and payables, follow up with the related stakeholders to drive collections of the same and highlight discrepancies through regular reports.
∎ Ensure all legal and all financial policies of the organization are in compliance with the Statutory / Regulatory bodies
∎ To ensure proper cost benefit analysis of each activity in business process in order to identify key/critical process to operate at optimum cost.
∎ Manage the strategic plan for improving wealth maximization of the company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Finance, Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax).
∎ Experience in Accounting Software Management
∎ Strong knowledge and experience in Financial statement analysis and cash flow management
∎ Conversant in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel & PPT), email communication & Digital Tools
∎ Require vast knowledge of Finance & Banking, Accounts Management, Tax (Personal and Company), VAT, Company Law, Business Law and Commercial law.
∎ Self-motivated, honest, smart, active, confident and energetic
∎ Problem solving & decision-making skill within shortest possible time
