Qualifications & Requirements
- 8–12 years in factory/ finance management (EPZ/ EZ/ Bonded Warehouse).
- Must have worked in garments/ manufacturing/ MNCs (Japanese exposure a plus).
- Advanced ERP (SAP/ Tally/ IBM) + MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Expertise in factory cost accounting and compliance.
Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to oversee all financial operations at our manufacturing facility in Narayangonj. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial reporting, cost optimization, import documentation, tax compliance, and strategic financial planning in alignment with IFRS, IAS, and EPZ, EZ regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) per IFRS, IAS, and local regulations.
Manage trade finance (LC-TT, PI applications) and ensure timely execution.
Compute and file TAX, VAT, TDS, and VDS returns compliant with EPZ/ Bonded Warehouse laws.
Lead annual budgeting, cost optimization, and profit improvement initiatives.
Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. budget) and present actionable insights.
Prepare feasibility studies for new projects.
Maintain Fixed Asset Register, stock reports, and landed cost analysis.
Oversee inventory valuation and reconciliation.
Provide data-driven financial insights to leadership for decision-making.
Ensure adherence to Japanese corporate policies and local EPZ regulations.
