Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Finance
∎ ICMA/CA qualified preferable
∎ MBA in Accounts & Finance
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible and oversee over all internal check, internal control and internal ongoing system of the company and suggests for continuous development.
∎ Implementation of internal control, Management accounting reporting systems (MIS)
∎ Supervise the operation of Accounting & Finance functionalities of the Group.
∎ Update monthly bank accounts, making bank reconciliation and prepare report for the management.
∎ Monitor, supervise & guide the team members for timely preparation of Reconciliation Statements related to finance & accounts.
∎ Good knowledge about International banking and international trade.
∎ Prepare various official letters in English to the Bank for LC and Banking purpose.
∎ Manage annual external audits & liaise with external auditors during audit period.
∎ Preparation and submission of required returns to NBR, Customs & Bangladesh Bank etc.
∎ Liaison with various Govt. offices, Banks, Insurance and other related office.
∎ Handle other work assigned by the Management.
∎ Preparation of budget and Financial Planning of project, network and organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have experience in any Manufacturing industry as Manager (Finance & Accounts) for at least 05 years.
∎ Advanced skills in written & communication in English.
∎ Must have knowledge about Bangladesh Tax and Vat regulations;
∎ Possess superior problem solving and analytical as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills;
∎ Capable to prepare financial report independently.
