The candidate must hold an M. Com / MBA in Accounting with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 or the equivalent of a second class / division, or comparable academic standing in all examinations from a recognized university
The candidate must hold a professional qualification such as ACA or ACMA.
Age, academic credentials, and professional experience requirements may be waived for candidates demonstrating extraordinary qualifications and a proven record of excellence
Must have sound knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations
Must have planning, budgeting, financial management, accounts operations, project management, primary knowledge of Agriculture and Agribusiness
MS Office (Microsoft Word, Microsoft excel, Power Point etc.) with expertise in excel required
Must have knowledge of people management etc.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating in a multidisciplinary, diverse, and dynamic team
Must have knowledge of chart of Accounts, report writing, report presentation, data management and data analysis
Must be able to think strategically and carry out assigned tasks independently
Must be able to facilitate and encourage open communication in the team

Support the development of annual business plans; periodic and yearly budget and projected accounts.
Oversee day-to-day finance and accounts related activities of Bull Station.
Lead, supervise, and oversee various accounts-related activities of the Bull Station.
Determine the product wise cost and margin, cost of goods sold, WIP (work in progress), and FG (finished goods) valuation for monthly Accounts.
Ensure standard, consistent and compliant accounting policies in each area of Bull Station.
Analyze the business cost structure and develop cost-reduction objectives for the factory and distribution overheads.
Record financial transactions properly and timely.
Prepare and submit comprehensive financial statements to supervisor.
Initiate policies for smooth operations of business and ensure the proper controls in place.
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Undertake additional responsibilities as delegated by management
