Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Social Science/ Development Studies/ Gender Studies from any recognised university with all second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate and maintain liaison with global platforms and campaigns (e.g. Girls Not Brides partnership,
∎ Engage men & Boys, WECAN Alliance, NGCAF, CIC-BD, Mahila Parishad, Social Action Committee etc)
∎ Look after and represent Amplify Change Network grant for promoting gender Justice and strengthening engaging Men and Boys Network
∎ Ensure the timely reporting of Amplify Change Network grant, budget management, communication and monitoring activities
∎ Represent BRAC in different Policy dialogues on behalf of BRAC as a partnership member
∎ Keep relevant coordination with MoWCA and other relevant Government bodies
∎ Plan, organise and coordinate advocacy campaigns on behalf of BRAC and influence events - dialogue, discussion, workshop, seminar, meeting, rally etc. collaborating with and engaging different stakeholder as appropriate
∎ Establish and strengthen relation and partnership with government, civil society actors/ networks/ alliances, UN agencies, private sector and media
∎ Coordinate execution of study and research on advocacy for gender equality promotion as a part of collective effort from the networks
∎ Organise and coordinate events for celebrating national and international days to raise awareness in favor of women empowerment keeping aligned with other platform members and networks
∎ Contribute in developing concept notes, proposals, progress reports and learning products required as part of partnership intervention
∎ Participate and represent in advocacy events/ trainings/ workshops for capacity building and networking
∎ Support to develop IEC/ BCC gender advocacy materials for the partnerships and platforms to promote gender advocacy issues at grassroots, national and international level
∎ Review the budget expenditure regularly and take appropriate measures for budget adjustment for the network and partnership
∎ Participate in team/ programme meeting and update progress of gender advocacy partnerships
∎ Prepare quality reports as and when required
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the safeguarding goals while action as a key source of support, guidance and expertise for establishing a safe working environment in accordance to its reporting procedures. Practice, promote encourage and endorse the safeguarding policy and implementation standards among team members in case of any reportable incident

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 5 years of experience in relevant field
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill and ability to successfully manage complex and sensitive organisational relationships to achieve cross-organisational, collectively agreed goals
∎ Advanced Excel skills
∎ Ability to travel extensively and demonstrate leadership skills in a team-oriented environment
∎ Proficiency in Bangla and in English
∎ Excellent time management, leadership, analytical ability, multitasking, facilitation, Communication,
∎ Presentation and report writing skills
∎ Having experience of dealing networks
∎ Extensive campaigns experience with regard to using policy, research, lobbying, media and digital platform
∎ Have demonstrated knowledge and experience on gender policy mapping, contributing to strategy development
∎ Understanding and wide ranging experience of employing communication techniques and tools to influence an advocacy agenda
∎ Excellent team player and building relationship
