∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, Corporate Marketing, Market Research, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement, Escalator/Elevator/Lift, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Technical Infrastructure

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare quarterly and monthly sales forecasting and conduct sales planning accordingly to achieve a given sales target.
∎ Ensure effective sales call planning and attend regular sales calls to attain profitable negotiation.
∎ Establish a process of measuring customer satisfaction and extend high standard after sales service to the corporate clients.
∎ Increase of the number of corporate folds to enhance business and desired market share.
∎ Ensure profitable negotiation and value-added services to the corporate customer to enhance corporate foot holds.
∎ Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.
∎ Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance.
∎ Maintain liaison with Govt. Regulatory organizations related to all construction works.
∎ Maintain liaison with Non govt. Agencies related to construction activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Preferred experience in construction equipment, tower crane, Jib crane, overhead crane, gentry crane
∎ Experience in Industrial Machinery will get preference.
∎ Selling Skills, Negotiation skills, Communication, Interpersonal, Planning and Team Work, Business Acumen.

Salary: Negotiable
