Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/Masters Degree (preferably in Marketing) from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setting distribution / delivery plan and manage distribution operations to achieve the target.
∎ To negotiate and arrange transport for timely delivery of the goods.
∎ Actively taking part in sustainable delivery planning, developing smooth delivery process.
∎ Monitor team performances and provide feedback for improvements.
∎ Oversee daily routes and improve route plans to ensure timely deliveries.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction by delivery the product timely.
∎ Develop distribution budgets and manage expenses within the budgets.
∎ Work with warehouse and transportation staffs to ensure timely and accurate deliveries as per delivery order.
∎ Ensure that company transport vehicles and provide appropriate solutions for bulk distributions.
∎ Developing & ensuring cost effective distribution process/channel.
∎ Plan and schedule deliveries to meet customer needs.
∎ Assist in inventory management activities including receiving, storing, rotating and handling supplies in distribution center
∎ Coordinating drivers, vehicles loading and maintaining
∎ Time to time report regarding delivery status to GM(Sales & Marketing) or concern authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Supply chain Management, Market Research and analysis , Public Relation etc
∎ Candidates having relevant work experience in pipe sector are strongly encouraged to apply.
∎ Portrait effective leadership to ensure positive customer experience through motivating and inspiring team work.
∎ Proficient in MS Office.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, management and negotiation skills.
∎ Willingness to work beyond general working hours.
∎ Able to cope with constant changes in a pressurized environment
