Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after the design and product development jobs for world-class fashion products with high knowledge of European & US/Canada Markets.
∎ Supervise a team to ensure the timely and successful design and development of products in line with the customers’ requirements.
∎ Plan and carry out design and development functions in a way that ensures solid profitability and helps Increase Company’s market share as well as value.
∎ Researching latest fashion directions & trends in the market and competitor activities.
∎ Provide support to key personnel involved in production of knit/woven fabric, drawing and cutting patterns and constructing samples for finished garments.
∎ Assembling seasonal forecasts and creating designs to feed the demand.
∎ Supervise a team to identify target markets for designs, looking at factors such as age, gender and socioeconomic status.
∎ Advise the team to review fashion magazines and manuals in order to gather information about fashion trends.

∎ Age 30 to 50 years
