We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Image Editor to lead high-quality post-production workflows across e-commerce, editorial, and campaign imagery. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent visual judgment, and the ability to manage large image volumes while maintaining consistent brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-end image retouching for e-commerce, editorial, and campaign visuals, ensuring clean, natural, and brand-consistent results.

• Execute precise color correction and color matching to accurately reflect product materials, tones, and brand standards.

• Retouch a wide range of assets including product images, model photography, flat lays, and still life.

• Maintain consistency across large image volumes and multiple collections or projects.

• Review and ensure all edited images meet technical and visual quality standards before final delivery.

• Handle advanced editing tasks such as background cleanup, dust and imperfection removal, shape correction, shadow creation, and compositing when required.

• Prepare and export final assets according to client specifications for web, e-commerce, print, and marketing use.

• Manage and prioritize workloads to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced production environments.

• Organize, rename, and maintain structured file management systems for efficient workflow tracking.

• Collaborate with production manager to ensure alignment with creative direction.

• Support and guide junior image editors by providing feedback and ensuring quality consistency.

• Follow established workflows, quality control processes, and standard operating procedures.

• Maintain confidentiality and securely handle sensitive client and brand materials.

• Identify opportunities to improve editing workflows, efficiency, and overall production quality.
