We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs that reflect our luxury brand identity across digital and print platforms. This role requires strong conceptual thinking, refined aesthetic judgment, and the ability to translate real estate concepts into premium visual experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-end marketing materials including brochures, property profiles, flyers, billboards, and corporate presentations

• Create engaging social media content, digital ads, and website visuals

• Develop branding elements and maintain brand consistency across all platforms

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to conceptualize campaign visuals

• Edit and enhance property images to meet luxury presentation standards

• Prepare artwork for print production and digital publishing

• Stay updated with design trends, particularly within luxury and real estate sectors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field

• 2–5 years of professional design experience (real estate or luxury brand experience preferred)

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, layout, and digital content design

• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles

• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality standards

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
