Garments, Retail Store
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze & Develop new concept as a part of creative process
∎ Transform concept into design for garments and accessories
∎ Seeking and collecting source of information in order to rework, evolve and advance ideas
∎ Create creative collections by forecasting new trends & market demand
∎ Direct and coordinate sample section involved cutting patterns and constructing samples
∎ Follow up production & quality as per production plan
∎ Evaluate designers design with appropriate feedback according to project duration
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 32 years
∎ The incumbent should have at least 2 years of working experience in Senior position at any reputed retail fashion industry
∎ Must have good communication & presentation skill.
∎ Self driven & willingness to work under pressure.
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Must have a strong vision and the ability to implement and execute the management view in a fast changing environment
∎ Lead on continual improvement initiatives
