∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Land Procurement, Real Estate Business
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To find suitable Land for joint venture.
∎ To visit prospective land initially with landowners or individually.
∎ To analyze Project feasibility to know suitability.
∎ To follow up with the landowners and build up relationships as well.
∎ To arrange a meeting with the landowner.
∎ To prepare draft Deed of Agreement & Power of Agreement if required.
∎ To prepare land & apartment-related deeds including property transfer, mortgage, power of attorney, sale deeds, lease agreements, etc.
∎ To vet the legal aspect of all Documents.
∎ Ensure registration of Power of Attorney and Deed of Agreement, mutation works, and sales permission.
∎ Prepare each project Land file containing all land documents and ensure documentation in ERP software.
∎ Any other activities when required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
