• Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Finance

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration from any reputed university with CA (CC).

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer

• Age 30 to 40 years

• To have a good communication skill with leadership.

Job Context

we are seeking a competent Finance & Accounts Manager to oversee and coordinate all functions.

Job Responsibilities

• To prepare appropriate budget and its implementation.

• Ability to do product costing, pricing & its evaluation in relation with cost for guiding profitable operation.

• Understanding on Corporate finance, principles & reporting.

• Understanding tax, vat & other financial regulations for implementation with Compliance.

• Build up and maintenance strong relationship with banks and other financial institutions for sourcing new line of corporate/customer finance.

• To prepare & submit all appropriate financial statements within deadline.

• Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt assign by Management as and when necessary.

• Remuneration will be offered depending upon the profile of the candidate.
