Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context
we are seeking a competent Finance & Accounts Manager to oversee and coordinate all functions.
Job Responsibilities
To prepare appropriate budget and its implementation.
Ability to do product costing, pricing & its evaluation in relation with cost for guiding profitable operation.
Understanding on Corporate finance, principles & reporting.
Understanding tax, vat & other financial regulations for implementation with Compliance.
Build up and maintenance strong relationship with banks and other financial institutions for sourcing new line of corporate/customer finance.
To prepare & submit all appropriate financial statements within deadline.
Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt assign by Management as and when necessary.
