JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
Identify and acquire new corporate clients by analyzing market potential and aligning services with business growth targets.
Ensure priority service delivery to corporate clients by arranging appointments, ambulance services, health screenings, vaccinations, and issuance of health certificates in collaboration with relevant hospital departments.
Act as the key liaison between corporate clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution of services.
Organize and coordinate corporate awareness programs, training sessions.
Promote corporate health screening packages and convert prospects into long-term health partners.
Maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations to foster retention and growth.
Ensure prompt and accurate communication regarding patient feedback and scheduling through client-preferred channels.
Monitor and continuously improve the corporate client experience at the hospital.
