Job Responsibilities:
∎ •Ensure smooth execution of cutting production in accordance with the shipment schedule maintaining the buyer's specifications.
∎ •Coordinate with sampling & pattern, Fabrics store, Merchandising, Planning and Sewing departments to ensure that the fabrics are arranging well in the advance.
∎ •Ensure the optimum productivity of cutting in accordance with IE requirement.
∎ •Marker planning, calculating marker efficiency and work on saving fabric.
∎ •Critical balancing of cutting lay as required by the styles
∎ •Differentiate the Fabrics as per Quality segregation
∎ •Make the Cutting Plan as per Production Plan.
∎ •Ensure the Relax as per type of Fabrics.
∎ •Fix the daily production target as per discussion with Head of the Production to realize the target with quality.
∎ •Introducing and using KPI tools for the respective section's performance measuring at different session.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
