Responsibilities & Context:
Overall follow-up from product development to shipment.
Prepare accurate costing and ensure sourcing of trims, accessories, and fabrics is completed in-house before bulk production begins.
Handle pricing, negotiation, and order confirmation.
Monitor sample development and production to meet buyer requirements.
Prepare Time and Action (TNA) plans and sourcing plans, and ensure their proper execution.
Communicate with buyers and suppliers for technical clarifications when required.
Proactively inform the Head of Merchandising and keep them updated on any exceptions.
Follow up with the Planning/Production team and ensure shipments move on time.
Follow up with the planning and production teams to ensure shipments move on time.
Ensure all fabrics and accessories are ordered and available in-house on time for production.
Oversee all aspects of quality from initial to final stages.
Follow up on all production progress and keep the merchandising team informed.
