Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and manage the customer service team to ensure prompt and professional responses to inquiries.
∎ Provide guidance on handling customer queries regarding study abroad programs, visa processes, travel packages, and related services.
∎ Develop and implement customer service policies and best practices to enhance customer satisfaction.
∎ Monitor customer feedback and take necessary actions to improve service quality.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, travelers, and institutional partners.
∎ Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure a seamless experience from consultation to final service delivery.
∎ Organize customer engagement programs, workshops, and webinars to provide updates on study opportunities, visa policies, and travel options.
∎ Train and mentor customer service representatives to improve their skills and knowledge of educational and travel services.
∎ Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team efficiency.
∎ Develop training materials and FAQs to streamline the support process.
∎ Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
∎ Analyze customer feedback and market trends to suggest improvements in service offerings.
∎ Generate monthly reports on customer interactions, issue resolution, and overall service performance for senior management.
