• Collect all necessary documents during the initial customer interaction.

• Update the register regularly to reflect new entries and modifications.

• Review each customer`s application form for completeness and accuracy.

• Follow up with customers to obtain any missing documents promptly.

• Ensure all customer interactions and installment agreements adhere to the deed of agreement.

• Scan and store digital copies of agreements.

• Provide customers with information and assistance regarding their installment plans.

• Collect installments on the specified dates.

• Prepare and issue payment clearance letters once installments are cleared.

• Prepare monthly reports detailing flat-wise installment collections.

• Ensure complete installment collection against set targets.

• Collect loan payments as per the agreed schedule.

• Store modification clearance certificates.

• Handle various customer payment-related applications.

• Collect any applicable delay charges.

• Adhere to all provided SOPs and instructions from management.

• Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
