Job Responsibilities:
∎ Budget Cost Sheet Checking and Job Order Post-Costing Preparation.
∎ Segment Reporting and consequently Order Closing Report Checking.
∎ Cost-Center wise Report Preparation including developing, presenting, and overseeing financial budgets on an annual and quarterly basis.
∎ Ensure all budgets and financial processes align with company goals.
∎ Collaborate with executives, project managers, and cross-departmental leadership to set budget goals and ensure they’re followed.
∎ Providing financial analysis and strategic input to facilitate high-level decision-making by management.
∎ Evaluate budget & cost proposals and financial requests for viability.
∎ Forecast financial needs throughout the year.
∎ Track results and compare them to key financial targets.
∎ Prepare cost estimates and plans, while providing necessary reporting, documentation, and financial assessments.
∎ Develop and maintain an accurate record-keeping system.
∎ Identify, flag, and analyze potential financial and budgetary risks.
∎ Provide financial summaries, reports, and recommendations as needed.
∎ Ensure all financial decisions and records adhere to legal regulations.
∎ Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
∎ Analyze actual Material, labor and overhead cost against slandered/budget research and explain variances, and submit reports as needed.
∎ Always apply cost accounting policies and procedures as delivered.
∎ Costing analysis and interpretation of the process.
∎ Any other relevant duties assigned by the Departmental Head.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Should have good interpersonal and high level of Management skill
