Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Military background or experience in a defense/security role is highly preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain a visible security presence to ensure safety and positive visitor experience at all Visa Application Centers (VACs).
Oversee the operation and maintenance of all security electronic and mechanical systems.
Manage and supervise security personnel across all VACs, ensuring effective deployment and performance.
Protect company property and ensure a secure environment for employees, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
Implement loss prevention strategies and safeguard lives within the centers.
Collaborate with Operations teams to advise on security measures for people, assets, and processes.
Enforce company security policies, conduct compliance inspections, and oversee incident reporting.
Deliver security awareness training to employees, vendors, and contractors.
Participate in security operations such as ID management, log reviews, and system monitoring; escalate issues when necessary.
Support investigations of security violations and assist audits under management direction.
Respond promptly to security incidents, corporate directives, and information loss or misuse.
Review and analyze criminal activity reports and develop intelligence networks.
Monitor network and system security, conduct audits, and support policy implementation.
Conduct risk assessments and follow environmental, health, and safety policies.
