  • Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets for the tiles business.

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate customers including real estate developers, construction companies, hospitality groups, various government offices and large commercial enterprises.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, architects, interior designers, and project managers.

  • Understand client project requirements, provide expert advice on tile selection, and present tailored solutions that align with their design and budget specifications.

  • Prepare compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals effectively.

  • Collaborate closely with the product development, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and analyses for senior management.

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

  • Manage a pipeline of prospective clients and projects, ensuring consistent follow-up and progress.

Skills & Expertise :

  • B2B and B2C sales and marketing presentation skills.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • As a Manager you’re responsible for leading terms, driving performance, managing budges, ensuring operational efficiency & progressive sales experience, with at least 7 years in a corporate/ B2B sales role within the tiles industry.

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of the tiles market, product specifications, and installation processes.

  • Experience working with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, Army, Navy, Air Force and other Govt. project is highly desirable.

  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strategic thinking with a customer-centric approach.
