Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets for the tiles business.
Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate customers including real estate developers, construction companies, hospitality groups, various government offices and large commercial enterprises.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, architects, interior designers, and project managers.
Understand client project requirements, provide expert advice on tile selection, and present tailored solutions that align with their design and budget specifications.
Prepare compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals effectively.
Collaborate closely with the product development, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and analyses for senior management.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Manage a pipeline of prospective clients and projects, ensuring consistent follow-up and progress.
Skills & Expertise :
B2B and B2C sales and marketing presentation skills.
As a Manager you’re responsible for leading terms, driving performance, managing budges, ensuring operational efficiency & progressive sales experience, with at least 7 years in a corporate/ B2B sales role within the tiles industry.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the tiles market, product specifications, and installation processes.
Experience working with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, Army, Navy, Air Force and other Govt. project is highly desirable.
Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strategic thinking with a customer-centric approach.
