Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure health, safety & environment of the factory;
∎ Ensure that factory is ready for Social Compliance audit, QMS audit and Environmental audit;
∎ Prepare factory for any audit/certification like OHSAS, GOTS, BCMP, Sedex, BSCI, OCS, Oeko-Tex, HIGG, ZDHC & EMS;
∎ Prepare CAP and ensure its accomplishment & update all compliance related documents;
∎ Ensure environment management, chemical management & waste management system;
∎ Find out any non-conformity in relation to compliance and ensure that those findings are resolved in systematic and planned manner;
∎ Organize and conduct seminars, workshops, training on health & hygiene, occupational health or any epidemic break out;
∎ Follow up and ensure update of MSDS, machine safety instruction;
∎ Ensure CSR related tasks to create a good culture;
∎ Ensure and follow up plumbing, painting, masonry, Thai aluminum and fire safety related task co-ordination with concerned;
∎ Ensure and monitor medical service provided by indoor medical Centre;
∎ Prepare factory as per local law and buyer COC for any evaluation;
∎ Conduct & follow up various training program for worker and staff e.g. PPE, Chemical Handling, Firefighting and first aid;
∎ Liaison with Auditor, Government institute & others stakeholders as per compliance requirement;
∎ Lead, direct, monitor, appraise & train-up subordinates;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 35 years
∎ Good knowledge on BLL 2006, relevant local law and Buyer COC.
∎ Moderate knowledge about electrical audit, fire safety audit & building safety audit, BNBC, NFPA.
∎ Good knowledge on SEDEX, BSCI, WRAP, C-TPAT, Oeko-tex, HIGG environmental issues,
∎ Good knowledge on factory HR practices.
∎ Working experience in compliance with large Textile/Composite industry.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to achieve the target within short lead time.
∎ Should be excellent team member and also very sharp, smart, with fair personality.
